Registration Forms

Now that you have completed the online registration, please download, print and sign the following forms. These forms should be turned in with your non-refundable registration Fee of $250, made payable to HHG.

You should have received a preliminary email with the class choices you made for each of your students. Please note that this is not your final confirmation! You will receive that in a few weeks, once we have processed all registrations.

Welcome to HHG for the 2019-2020 Year. Be on the look out for your invoice as that is the next step to confirm classes. Initial Invoices for those registered by March 1 are typically sent around March 15-April 1.
