1. Statement of Faith

We as Parents have read and agree with the HHG Statement of Faith.

By signing this document, we indicate that both Parent 1 and Parent 2 have read the Statement of Faith and agree with its tenets. As a Christian tutorial we know it is vital that we stand on common ground. By typing my name below, I understand and agree that this form of electronic signature has the same legal force and effect as a manual signature.
2. Code of Conduct/Discipline Procedures 2627

I have read and discussed the Code of Conduct with my child(ren). We as a family agree to abide by the code set forth and understand the discipline measures as set forth in page 2 of this document. 3. HHG Financial Contract 2627

By Signing below, we as a family assert that we have read and agree to abide by the requirements set forth in the Financial Contract. By typing my name below, I understand and agree that this form of electronic signature has the same legal force and effect as a manual signature.
4. LIABILITY RELEASE

I, my children, and any of our representatives (hereafter referred to as “family”) do hereby acknowledge that participation in Heritage Homeschool Group (hereafter referred to as HHG) and utilization of the grounds and facilities at Thompson Station Church(hereafter referred to as “TSC”) could expose us to possible risk of personal injury. In consideration of my family being permitted to participate in the HHG, I do hereby release and agree to hold harmless HHG and TSC, and its and their respective of?cers, members, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for claims, damages, or injury, including costs and attorneys fees, to my family or any personal property during the time of our attendance at HHG activities, whether or not such damages were sustained in connection to any HHG activities. I assume full responsibility for my family’s behavior, for assuring their supervision during HHG activities, and for any damage or injury caused by my family’s actions. I agree that my family shall not now, or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, initiate or prosecute any action, suit, or other legal proceeding against either HHG or TSC arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the HHG.

Payment Instructions

The New Family Application Fee $130 is non-refundable. You will be invoiced for this amount via a quickbooks invoice. Pay attention to the due date on that invoice as payment typically must be received within 48 hours of application submisison. It will come to your personal email.
